Horizons Social Services of Adams County, Inc. seeks to meet the personal and community needs of the disadvantaged and destitute in the city of Quincy. We also attempt to serve as a communication facilitator between area churches and social service providers.
We believe in the power of community as we collaborate and build strong relationships with our partners, who share our vision.
Hunger and obesity are often flip-sides to the same malnutrition coin.
Bobbi Porter brings her love of life and infectious smile, as she helps Horizons serve meals to the poor and needy. Horizons’ volunteers pour their hearts and souls into the success of our feeding programs.
